Qualifications:
- You must be at least 19 years old (per state law),
- Be able to effectively communicate with others
- Physical Standards: Must have the ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length; Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds; Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes.
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout entire shift
- Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 am to 1:00 am
- Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces or other incumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity
- Must be able to lift, move and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85* for extended periods of time
- Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
- Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must possess qualities like adaptability, planning, problem solving, teamwork and multi-tasking
- Must have above average drink knowledge of spirits, wine & beer and how to prepare cocktails from line-build to garnish
- Is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
